Cancellation Policy

Stan's Bounce House World understands that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below.

Advance Notice

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable as our team will have already prepared equipment for delivery.

Rescheduling

Need to change your date? We're happy to reschedule your event at no additional charge, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new date.
